Agreement

By using EstimateDone, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

EstimateDone provides AI-powered estimate, quote, and invoice generation tools for businesses. We provide the tools — you are responsible for the accuracy of the estimates you send to your clients. AI-generated content should always be reviewed before sending.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Your data

You own your data. The estimates, client information, and company details you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.

Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use EstimateDone to:

  • Send fraudulent or misleading estimates
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Abuse the AI generation system
  • Interfere with the service or other users
  • Resell access to the service

Limitation of liability

EstimateDone is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate estimates, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
